Addressing Depression, Anxiety, and Mental Health.

Starting July 21st, Redd Remedies and Dr. Gregory Jantz will be hosting a three-part webinar on the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Given the societal turbulence and health concerns we’ve all been battling, we feel this discussion is coming at just the right time.

In fact, this talk between Redd Remedies and Dr. Gregory Jantz could be the most important webinar you ever see.

We’re aware that’s a bold statement. But we stand behind what we’ve said, and we’ll explain why…

An introduction

Dr. Gregory Jantz

Many of you already know who we are at Redd Remedies… but you may not know much about Dr. Gregory Jantz.

Dr Jantz is a pioneer in the field of mental health. A best-selling author of over 40 books, he is also the founder of The Center • A Place of HOPE - the #1 clinic for the treatment of depression in America.

A world-renowned expert on depression, anxiety, eating disorders, technology addiction, and abuse, he is also recognized as an innovator in the treatment of mental health, and in the 1980’s developed his methodology that would revolutionize the field…

“Whole Person Care”

Many diagnoses such as Depression or Generalized Anxiety Disorder are often accompanied by a prescription for an antidepressant.

We're not saying it's wrong to prescribe these.  There are people out there who would claim to have their life saved by these drugs.

However, there is a cultural misconception about taking these drugs. We live in a fast-paced, on-the-go society. When we have problems, we don’t want to have to wait for answers. Consequently, there is a massive amount of satisfaction in believing that by simply taking a pill we are solving a problem.

Mental health is very complex and Dr Jantz wasn’t comfortable with the standard approach of offering a patient a “broad-label” diagnosis, giving them a bottle of pills, and sending them on their way.

A 1,000-piece puzzle

Prescription medication at best is only part of whole person care which should include emotional, nutritional, environmental and spiritual support.

Mental health issues can have many root causes. While chemical imbalances definitely play a role, there may also be deep unaddressed childhood trauma, unresolved grief, nutritional deficiencies… the list goes on.

It is best to view people as 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles, composed of multi-faceted life-experiences. A prescription drug may put one piece in place… but what good does that do if the other 999 are still scattered in the box?

In developing his Whole Person Care approach, Dr Jantz gives every piece of the puzzle the attention it deserves.

It was this very same approach that brought Dr Jantz and Redd Remedies together.…

Hope & Possibility

If you’re familiar with Redd Remedies, then you’ve likely already drawn the parallels between our ethos and Dr Jantz’s.

When asked how those struggling with mental health can articulate their struggles to others, he suggested they describe themselves as  “out of balance.”

Sound familiar? At Redd Remedies, we have always advocated for bringing your body and health back into balance, as well as living a “balanced” lifestyle. With our own holistic approach to formulating supplements, developing a category for mental health fit perfectly with our mission.

We call this category Hope & Possibility to align with Dr Jantz in approaching mental health concerns from a place of hope, a belief that things can get better.

Together, we’ve developed 5 products in this category, including At Ease and In Joy. Carefully formulated and 3rd party lab tested for purity, these all-natural supplements support  emotional strength, a positive mood, relaxation, and a resistance to stress and thereby embody the “whole person care” we strive for. Our entire “Hope & Possibility” category of products can be viewed here.

This is why the webinar is so important…

We are in the year 2020, and as the World Health Organization has been predicting for years, depression is the number one “disability” in the world. It ranks above heart disease and cancer.

This is not a phenomena that can be ignored anymore. It is here and it is real.

You may not feel you suffer from mental health issues. But you will likely know someone who does.

This webinar isn’t just about learning for our own benefit. It’s about learning for the benefit of others. So we can offer help in a time of need.

This three-part webinar will help you understand ways you can connect with someone who needs help, and steer them in the right direction. In the words of Dr. Jantz …

“There are answers. I believe there is hope. I  have seen lives change that have felt hopeless.”

Together we are inviting you to embrace hope. Will you join us?
